Joint inheritance housing housing number determination criteria
In the case of jointly inherited housing, it is regarded as the housing of the joint heir who has the largest share of inheritance.
If there are two or more individuals with the largest share, the order is determined by the person actually residing in the house > the oldest.
A minority share in jointly inherited housing is fundamentally not considered housing and is excluded from the count of houses.
